With deep love and profound gratitude, we celebrate the life of Jenny Dent Abenoja—a daughter of the Philippines, a devoted wife, preceded in death of her husband Pacifico Cachuela Abenoja Jr., a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, mother-in-law, and an aunt whose heart embraced all who knew her.
Jenny lived a life grounded in faith, family, and unwavering love. She was the quiet strength behind generations, the kind of woman whose presence brought comfort, and whose laughter brought joy. Her generosity, wisdom, and warmth created a home where everyone felt welcome—and deeply loved.
Her heart lives on through her children: JoAn Abenoja, John Abenoja, and Jason Abenoja; her grandchildren: Leandro Abenoja, Tristan Fisher, Nayla Fisher, Jesus Lopez, Jonathan Abenoja, Kirstin Francia, Jenny Nevaeh Abenoja, and Jaydine Abenoja; and her great-grandchildren: Ronin Abenoja, Hiro Abenoja, and Emiliano Armando Lopez. Each carries her spirit in their hearts, her lessons in their lives, and her love in their memories.
Jenny’s legacy is one of connection—between generations, between friends, between hearts. Her light continues to shine brightly in the lives of all who were blessed to know her.
Though she has departed from this world, Jenny Abenoja’s love remains eternal—woven into the fabric of her family, and carried forward with grace, laughter, and unending affection.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a funeral and chapel blessing at 4:00 pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Following the visitation, the family invites loved ones to join in a celebration of Jenny’s life at the Fil-American Association in Pittsburg.
