Not sure what to say?

Love you Jeremiah!

"My heart goes out to you and your family. Jeremiah Toms made such a positive difference in myself, family and friends life." The mentioning of his name around any gathering, i.e kitchen table, picnic cook-off, or a professional setting, it's still going to be some side holding, loud laughing with tears of joy with the mentioning of his name. God has completed building the fence around to protect you from harms way. So, just rest my brother.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Jeremiah's passing. The memories we shared on 17th Street will forever hold a special place in my heart, and I am certain that his spirit will always be present in those cherished moments, providing solace as we reflect on his life.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I’m deeply sorry to hear about the passing of Jeremiah. Though he was my brother/sister's uncle, he always treated me with such kindness and warmth that it felt like he was my uncle too. His presence will truly be missed. My heartfelt condolences go out to everyone who loved him. May he rest in peace.

I met Jermiah at Arlington Hall Station. We were very good friend. My condolences goes out to the family. RIP my friend.

I have come to this site every day since you left us Jeremiah and the pain is so sharp. While I'm glad you're no longer in pain the selfish part of me wishes you could still be here. I remember spending a lot of time travelling (with friends) to visit my beloved cousin who then became my big brother. Whenever I was in your area, I HAD to see you and I knew laughter was a guarantee. I will ALWAYS cherish your love, laughter, and quick wit that touched and brightened the lives of so many,...

Jeremiah(jay) and I met in the mid 80s and became fast friends. We retired together and worked together afterward. Jay did everything fast, walk ,paint .we pitched horseshoes ,fished , bar quad and enjoyed each others company. Jay would help anyone who needed help. He was a friend to everyone. We will miss him but one day we will meet up again and laugh about our elephant joke.

My sincere condolences to the family of Jeremiah. Jeremiah was that one friend that would keep you cracking up laughing, Jay always had a smile on his face. He loved to entertain; he would always throw meat on the grill and have good music playing in the background. Checkers, backgammon, dominos were some games he enjoyed. So many fond memories of my friend Jay. I always cherish our friendship. Jay will be missed by all who were blessed to cross his path in life.
Rest in Peace my...
