Jeremy Matthew Djonlich, age, 26, formerly of Lake Zurich, suddenly April 22, 2018. Beloved son of Paul J. Djonlich and Susan A. Marks (Larry Narum); loving brother of Brandon Michael (Jennifer) and Melissa C. Djonlich; cherished uncle of Benjamin Marshall Djonlich; dearest grandson of Jean and the late John Djonlich and Jackie and the late Roland S. Marks; dear nephew of Steven R. Washington Ave., Park Ridge for Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
