Jerome "Sunny" Salvino

We have lost another true “character” of our racing world. Enjoyed many early morning chats with Sunny while watching our horses at Arlington. My sympathies to the Salvinos and Sunny’s friends.

My Great Grandfather Sunny was always the nicest to me and helped me out with my crafts, he loved eating fruit with me. When I was younger I remember one time that he was over for a family Christmas, I was using one of my new painting sets, he saw me using it and came over to give me a tip and a hand to paint one of the sides of the drawing.
