I am so sorry about Jerry. I guess we live too deep in the Wild Ridge woods and not know what happens around us. Please accept my condolences to you and your family.

It is so sad that God took Dr. Smith so shortly after his greatly deserved retirement began. He was truly the best medical doctor I've ever met, Dr. Smith helped me so immensely, I'm still alive because of the care that I received from Dr. Smith. I will always be grateful for all he did for me and I'm sure all of his patients would say the same. He is and will always be greatly missed. My thoughts are with your family. I shared an office with Jerry at Bandana Square for a couple years and will fondly remember rehashing Wild games of the night before, hearing tales of family, pets and future travel plans. My deepest condolences for your loss.

I shared an office with Jerry for a couple years at Bandana Square, and always enjoyed dissecting the latest Wild game with him, hearing about the exploits of his grandchildren and sharing future travel ideas! I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family.

To Dr. Smith's family,

I worked with Dr Smith for 5 and half years right after graduating. I was able to meet many of you in those years. Jerry was wonderful person to work with and very caring of his patients. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. He was always so proud of his family (wife, daughters, grandchildren and of course his dogs). His face lit up everytime he talked about them. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
