Not sure what to say?

I was one of Jerry’s nurses at Duke last fall, but continued to visit him and Caroline during their extended hospital stay. Jerry always made a point to ask me how I was no matter how he was feeling. I so enjoyed our many conversations, laughter and even tears. I know Jerry loved his family so much and his love for Caroline was admirable. Praying for peace and comfort in the days to come and sending all my love.

Rest in Peace Jerry. You are in Gods hands now and perfect place. I always enjoyed working with you and you made may time at the Brunswick Nuclear plant fun and I learned a lot from you.

We went to JTH together with your lovely wife and sweetheart Then we reunited at BNP. You were a great person, friend, and coworker! I am so sad that you had to leave us! Way too soon!

To Caroline and family. I had the privilege of getting to know Jerry while working at the Brunswick Nuclear Plant for 30 years. Jerry was one of the nicest guys I met while working there. He always had
a smile on his face and a kind word to say. I always enjoyed seeing and talking and working with him.
We are praying for God to comfort and carry your entire family as only He can do at a time like this.
Brent and Diane Morton.

Praying for strength, peace and comfort for your family. We were sorry to hear of Jerry’s passing.

It was clear that you were in love with Jerry then and I know he was (and is) your true soulmate. My heart aches for you knowing that you have been through such a devastating loss and illness. May your faith, prayers,...
