So sad to hear of your passing.It is strange the one thing that I thought of first was when I was a little girl you would come to visit and you always brought a bag of candy. We would see you and Coonie driving up and we would run to see who could get the candy first. so many good times back then we had. You will be remembered in our hearts.

JERRY L. PRITCHARD, SR. Funeral services for Jerry L. "Oggie" Pritchard, Sr. of Trout will be held in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena, Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 2:00 PM with Revs. Kevin Manuel and Carl Gulde officiating. Interment will follow in the Belah Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Jena. Visitation will begin at 5pm on Friday, October 28, 2011 at the funeral home. Mr. Pritchard was born July 11, 1946 in Jena, La. and passed from this life on October 27, 2011 at LaSalle General Hospital in Jena, La. He worked as a roughneck in the oilfield for 34 years and was a US Army Veitnam Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Pritchard of Belah, La.; daughters, Tammy Langlinais and husband Winky of Forked Island and Ruth Crafts and husband Michael of Jena; Sons, "Snapper" Pritchard of Little Creek, David Jones, Jr. and Johnny Porter and wife Carrie, all of Jena; 3 Brothers and 10 Sisters; Host of nieces, nephews and friends; Grandchildren, Darren and Brittany Smith, Jeffery and William Breithaupt, Drake, Jaylon and Lane Pritchard, Derrik Ellison, Samantha and Marie Warren, Micah(Too Little) , Michael, Jr. (Coon), Myli Amazing Grace (Lil Bitty) Crafts, Trae and Lindsay Jones and Eli Porter; Great-Grandchildren, Tristan and Trent Goodman, Tannar Menard, Deston Breithaupt and Paisley Smith.
