Gunny Campbell was my Platoon Sergeant, at Camp Schwab, Okinawa Japan; and I will never forget him! He was the best that you could ever hope to work for (in a Marine leadership position)... He was always easy going, and had a very calm demeanor. I looked up to him big-time, and I heeded his every word of wisdom, as if he was a wise family elder.
