We are so sorry on the loss of Jimmy. George and I both worked with him at the Corps and I worked with him at the Water Management. When George got sick and house bound Jimmy used to stop by to check on him and make sure we were ok. George was deeply saddened when I told him he had passed. Jimmy will be missed by both of us. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Heaven got a great man.

Daddy, im not understanding all of this right now, and the pain is almost unbearable...I'm going to miss you soo much...I know Yahweh has a purpose and it's not for us to understand...I have to now walk this life without you....I love you so much Daddy....When will the tears stop?.

I feel grateful to have known Dr. Manley the...
