We are so sorry on the loss of Jimmy. George and I both worked with him at the Corps and I worked with him at the Water Management. When George got sick and house bound Jimmy used to stop by to check on him and make sure we were ok. George was deeply saddened when I told him he had passed. Jimmy will be missed by both of us. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Heaven got a great man.

I give my condolences to the Manley family during their time of bereavement. Dr. Manley was like a father to me, he taught me a lot about our creator Yahweh and his plan of salvation through his son Yahshua the Messiah and other things such as how our bodies are tabernacles, as Paul says in 1 Corinthians 6:19, "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have of Elohim, and ye are not your own?" I feel grateful to have known Dr. Manley the...

To cherish his memories are his devoted wife of 34 years, Jerlene W. Manley of Palatka, FL; daughter, Stacy Manley (Paul) Wyndross of Palatka, FL; son, Rhodney T.
