Jimmy was a great man. He was so kind and such a joy to see when he came to the water office to pay his bill. He made my day every time he came in. I just recently heard of his passing this week. I was so saddened to hear that he passed. I'm praying for you all during this hard time . Victoria your dad was a wonderful person and so are you! You and your family are in my thoughts.
