Jimmy's Obituary

Jimmy Spicer, age 69, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in a local hospital.

 

Mr. Spicer was born November 17, 1948 in Texarkana, Arkansas. He was retired from the Texas Highway Department and the City of Texarkana, Texas. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Vietnam War.

 

He is survived by his wife, Laressa Spicer of Texarkana, Texas; one brother, Ben Spicer of Texarkana, Texas; one sister, Barbara Chiarani of Colorado Springs, Texas and a number of other relatives.

 

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday at the Chapelwood Funeral Home.
