Jo Ellen Jacubec

Joe was a lovely person. She made me smile every time she smiled when she saw me. I always felt her support and knew she was proud of my accomplishments, something that I will cherish forever.

I met Jo through her husband George (but I called him Captain) in Norman, OK in 1974. They opened their house to cadets in the ROTC program at the University of Oklahoma. Their hospitality and friendship made a lasting impression. Good people. Peace to your family.

So sorry to hear of her passing. I remember her as a very pretty and happy person in high school. We loved her parents greatly. Our sympathies to the family.

Our sincerest condolences to Jo’s family. She was such a nice roommate to my mother in law at Edgewood Manor. We enjoyed visiting with her!

Dear Tina and entire family,
I am so very sorry to hear about your mom passing away. She was way to young to get her wings to heaven but I'm sure the pearly white gates opened up for her and welcomed her to her heavenly home.

So sorry to learn of Jo Ellen’s passing. I knew her as a fairly close neighbor as a child. Then we renewed our friendship on Facebook! She was an adorable child and fun to gripe about grammar with me as an oldie on FB!

My dear friend I met in my early 20's. Loved like a second mom back then and now. Thank you for always being there for me. I will miss you.
