Not sure what to say?

Aunt Joan certainly lived a long life filled with love from a huge family! I will always remember her smile and unique laugh! Wish I could be there but sending my love and condolences to all of our family that will miss her so much.

Joan at Green Apple

The picture shown in obituary is beautiful. She was such and angel when my brother, Johnny, was at Elm Haven. She was always so kind and helpful. I will always remember our Wednesday morning breakfast times at Green Apple. I will do a kind deed in her memory. She was always available for a kind deed. I will certainly miss her smile and sweet spirit. Rest in peace, Joan.

Aunt Joan always had a smile and a kind word when I saw her. You could feel the genuine love she had for all, especially the children. Her face would light up with love for the little ones. She will truly be missed. My prayers are with the family.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Aunt Joan is one of the kindest spirits I have known. She always had a smile for another.
She and Uncle Tom were raising six kids-with all that involves, and would take me in to be part of their tribe without hesitation. It made for some fun summers with my cousins!
It makes me smile to see all the lives the two of them started!!!
Love you Aunt Joan ♥

We really will miss Aunt Joan she was such a nice person. I used to tell her when I looked at her wedding photos to Tom, that she was the prettiest bride I ever saw. That was the truth. She always got a kick out of Bill calling her his sweetie. So once again from (Billy, "see you again one day sweetie" Love Bill and Pam

Aunt Joan was always so sweet. She was a true Christian. She loved everyone and never said a bad thing about anyone. Pray she will be at peace with so many loved ones that are there with her now. Condolences to the entire family. It has been a hard few months for everyone. We are here to support you in any way we can. Love and blessings, Laura (Schirle) and Andy Markarian.
