JoAnn followed me as the Administrative Assistant in the Field Service Office at SCESC. Even though I moved up the street to Job Service - I was able to get to know JoAnn when I worked on occasion at the UI Office. I’m glad that I was able to call her friend.

JoAnn is such a precious friend. We met in our early 20's when we worked at Insulfab for several years. I got to know her Mother and Grandmother. I got to be in her wedding. They visited us when we moved to the lower part of the state, but we moved back in the early 80's. We also got to go on a couple of trips together. I will miss my sweet friend. I am so thankful I got to see her on Monday, but I know she is healed now and is with our Heavenly Father.

When I learned about JoAnn's death I had many memories about our days at the "Office." JoAnn may have been small in stature,but she was big on "tenacity" She was an excellent Administrative Assistant. I know how much she liked her job; but I also knew how much she cared for her children. Her loss was known when Scott died, and was intensified when Gerald passed.
