Joanne was such a nice person. I met Joanne playing Lily’s Garden online. I have known her for years and she had become part of my gaming family. I will miss her beautiful daily prayers (sometimes twice a day) and bible verses. She was always such a strong person with so much faith. I’m sad she’s gone but I feel better knowing she isn’t suffering anymore. My deepest sympathy to Ron and the rest of her family and friends.

Joanne was a beautiful and very caring person here on Earth. The Lord God has called her to Home in Heaven, and she will have everlasting happiness and reunited with her loved ones that have gone before her in Heaven and greeting her with love. Her beautiful soul is with us all who knew her here on Earth and she will never be forgotten. Joanne's Obituary

Joanne Teresa Eastridge age 74, formerly of Lebanon, died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. Born Aug. 1, 1950 in Manhattan, NY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Josephine Gemelli and was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Nader.

Joanne was a registered nurse for over 30 years and after retirement she and her husband owned a trucking company, Rusty Dog Express and later the Eastridge Casket Company.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald G. Eastridge; children,Jason L. Schmolze, Keith J. Schmolze, Ribbue G, Eastridge, Rebecca L. Henson, Rachel J. Hamilton; grandchildren, Laurie and Isaac Hamilton; and a brother, Ralph Gemelli.

Graveside services and interment will be at Noon Friday, Feb. 7, 2025 at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Lebanon, TN, with Pastor Owen Powell officiating.
