Condolences to John's family. Worked closely with John at Ayerst (later Wyeth-Ayerst) as safety training embraced both our departments. Carpooled with him a few years. Spoke at his retirement. Upon retirement, we frequently sat together at PSU soccer and hockey games. In the early 2000s, I mentored PSU international students. Brought a Vietnamese woman to game and John sat with us. John started listing all the Vietnamese cities he "visited". I thought to myself, this can go wrong. But of...

I was John's tennis partner and friend in Plattsburgh and also knew Martha from church at Saint Peter's. A couple of really nice people. I lost track of John after he left Plattsburgh to go to Florida. I am sorry for the family's loss but know that he and Martha are together again!

Absolutely a great gentleman. He loved his family , country and Mt Arab Lake. ❤
