I worked with John for many years at Scott Paper; first with the Baby Fresh venture and then at Scott Health Care. He was a great guy to work for and no matter what happened, his demeanor never changed. Although I haven't seen him for several years, I think of him often. He will be missed.

John Stokes Clement III of Wallingford PA died peacefully at White Horse Village on November 22, 2015. He was 76 years old.John is survived by his children, Andrew Clement of Alpharetta Georgia, Jennifer Clement of Swarthmore Pennsylvania, and Laura Clement of Maplewood New Jersey. John was born on October 6, 1939 in Abington, Pennsylvania to John Stokes and Dorothy Clement. He graduated from Wesleyan University in 1962 and then from Stanford University Business School in 1964. He married Priscilla Ferguson in 1964 which began a 51 year marriage. After graduation, John went to work for Scott Paper where he began a 30 year career. During his career, he worked successfully in sales, purchasing, marketing, new business development, and leadership. John was the business leader that first introduced "Baby Fresh" wipes to the market. Later in his career his division at Scott Paper was sold off to SCA Molnlycke Health Care. He was President of this division for the following years before retiring. John served on the Board of Directors at White Horse Village for many years seeing this facility expand and succeed under his leadership. He also served as President of the Board of Directors at Frederick Douglas School which is part of the World Impact Foundation. His children remember him as a successful business leader and loving father and grandfather who was always positive and encouraged them to pursue happiness in life. He was a gentleman with a dynamic smile who always put people at ease.In addition to his illustrious career, John enjoyed tennis, golf, travel, and spending time with his friends and family. In 1994 Priscilla and John built their dream vacation home in Eagles Mere Pennsylvania where they vacationed each summer with the rest of their family and many of their friends. He was an active and dedicated member and elder at Media Presbyterian Church and the Eagles Mere Presbyterian Church.A funeral is scheduled for Saturday December 5, 2015 at 1:00pm at White Horse Village with a reception to follow. Reverend Nikki Passante will officiate the ceremony. White Horse is located at 535 Gradyville Rd, Newtown Square PA 19073. All are welcome to attend and celebrate John's life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Frederick Douglas Christian School, 700 Central Avenue, Chester PA 19013.
