I am so sorry for your loss to the Derrig family. Our families have known John and his family for many years! I remember when you moved in across the street from me. We had many spirited conversations that often ended in disagreements but only because we were both so outspoken! It saddens me to know you are gone but I’m comforted knowing you are at peace. I’m sending all my love and condolences to your family.

You often pissed me off Johnny, but I know those type of things take two, and in reflection I see you were always honest, up front, fair, and just a solid individual who earned mine and many others respect. We shared a LOT of laughs, you had a great sense of humor. I'm actually smiling now remembering that. So at end of the day it's all the positives I will remember about you cuz. See you one day ❤

Johnny I love you immensely and miss you every second of every day. You always tait me to be nice and kind to people and be happy . You always lifted my spirits so high. I enjoyed our talks and walks together. You were my best friend and my closest brother to me my entire life. You always looked out for my best interest in life and was like a father figure to me!
