He was a wonderful father in law more like a father to me. We had a wonderful relationship he was always in a great mood and was great with our kids. I’m married to his son Jim and we loved playing cards with him and mom and sister Lisa every Friday night plus he cooked supper for us. He missed his calling he would have made a great chef. We miss him and mom but they left us with wonderful memories.

John was our neighbor for a long time,(since Nov 1993) John farmed all the time he had a great garden. John use to hang a bag of Veggies on our fence.. Great memory. Plus John and Dorothy have a wind mill it use to squeak so I had to jump the fence to oil it. Then John said he would oil it was our thing!! We will miss you John! Rest in Peace!

Loving and carefree Grandfather. Always a cheer to be around and loved us all with all his heart. We never questioned that and we always just knew it! He "genuinely" always wanted to know what was going on in your life. A pure joy to talk to. I carry a lifetime of great memories. He will be missed.
