John Huttenlocher

I went to school with John for yrs and unfortunately during our high school time we drifted apart but considered him a life long friend ! Wishing we would of had a chance to reconnect later in life but the good lord had other plans for him ! Rip my friend!

I am very sad to hear of John’s passing!! He was truly a wonderful guy and a gentle soul!! Rest in piece my old friend!!❤❤❤

I was saddened to see the passing of John Huttenlocher - I trust that he might have been a grandson or great nephew to Mr. Huttenlocher who partnered with my grandfather, Ralph Norvell, at Huttenlocher, Kerns, Norvell insurance company. My siblings and I knew the Huttenlocher name well for so many years. I'm Lynn Norvell Eastergard, granddaughter to Ralph. My siblings are Steve Norvell, Eric Norvell and Julie Norvell Wilson. We reside in Greenville, SC.

I have so many fond memories of you, Johnny H, during our days at CJHS. Not the least of which was when you gave me my nickname. Until we meet again, my friend.

John was the first person I met at OPC, in March 2021. He was so kind and funny. He knew everyone and everyone who knew him loved him and his many stories. We shared a lot of conversation and stories in the short time I knew him. He left this world far too early. Rest in peace my friend! Love and peace to his family.❤

Remembering much laughter and shenanigans when you came to our house for sleepovers, bike riding, walkie talkies and recording shows with my brother Todd on cassette tapes!! You two read my diary while I was down the street spending the night at your cousin Sue’s!!! You did not cover your tracks on that one! I pray for peace and comfort for your family and all who loved you!
