Not sure what to say?

Long time friend

Family of John Hodge Jones, I was saddened to hear of the passing of John Hodge. He was a leader and progressive educator in Rutherford county. He was a great Superintendent of M'boro City Schools that had the support of Principals and teachers. Later years as a Rutherford County school board member he continued his quest for quality education. He would often visit my wife, Principal of Barfield Elementary School, at school and share his knowledge of education with her. He was a good...

Prayers for the family, Mr John was a well thought of man.

Godspeed John Hodge

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Deepest Sympathy to all the Jones cousins. John Hodge will be missed.

I send my sympathy to John Hodge's family. I enjoyed working with Bart and Greg at Riverdale. John and I first got together when he was coaching debate at Lascassas and I at Kittrell. We would have practice debates after school. It was great fun and I always enjoyed seeing him thereafter. I also remember very vividly seeing Bart, Greg, Tammy and their mother, all dressed in their finest, after church on Sunday at a local restaurant.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

We extend our sympathies and prayers to Greg and family in loss of John Hodge.

John Hodge married Rusty and I and he also married my brother Bill and Jenny Fleming.
