Visitation for John Edward Moore, 74, of Wauconda will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Kristan Funeral Home 219 W. Maple Ave. in Mundelein. John was born on January 31, 1951 in Libertyville to William and Patricia (nee Miller) Moore and passed away on July 18, 2025.
He was a fan of golfing, racing go-carts, dirt midget cars, Michigan football, college basketball, Pittsburgh Steelers and anyone playing the Chicago Cubs.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Terilyn (nee Starkey), daughters Heidi (JR) Woodruff and Heather King, grandson Matthew King, granddaughters Maryah and PFC Jennie Woodruff and Madsion King, brother Scott (Cheryl) Moore, nephews Dalton Voyles and Richard Moore, niece Robin Evans and great niece Payton Mendenhall, Savannah Evans, Evodie Evans and his dog Dozer. He was preceded in death by his father William Moore, sister Kim Edwards and nephew Austin Voyles.
