Oh Knucklehead they say you don't feel pain and really miss someone until they are gone, it's true. I think about you often and miss you alot! I even pass by your place (doing know why) and just cry thinking your really gone. Family gatherings and singing will never be the same without you! We celebrated your life today how you wanted, although I shed many tears I know it's what you wanted to see, but it's so hard to celebrate your life when you should be living your life still here with us....

Johnny Joseph Orgeron, Sr. passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the age of 64. He was born November 28, 1951 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Husband of Tyresa Van Vranken Orgeron. Father of Kandy Lee Perret and John Joseph Orgeron, Jr. Grandfather of Zak and Seth Perret. He was preceded in death by his parents Hamilton Joseph Orgeron, Sr. and Judith Gisclair Orgeron, and a brother Hamilton Joseph Orgeron, Jr. He is survived by five sisters and two brothers; Rose Campiso (late Sonny), Emma Goodin (late Clyde), Barbara Rome (Benny), Anna Falghou (late Dale), Diana Cassaly (Harry), Tommy Joseph Orgeron, Sr. (Deborah), David Joseph Orgeron (Rose). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Johnny was a native of Westwego, Louisiana and a resident of Marrero, Louisiana. A Memorial Celebration of Johnny’s life will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at the Young Men’s Business Club in Westwego, Louisiana.
