John Mark Pardo, 28, unexpectedly passed away Friday night on August 22, 2025. He was born on March 12, 1997, in Wichita Falls.
A rosary will be prayed beginning at 6:00 p.m. followed by a Vigil service and visitation until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. The Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Wichita Falls with Father Jonathan Demma, celebrant. John was working as an apprentice at Brian’s Plumbing where he worked every day with his buddy Cullen Curl and best friend/ cousin Asa Kelly along with Brian's Plumbing employees that John viewed as his work family. He had an infectious smile, loved to crack jokes, wanted to be there for anyone who needed help and defended others. John loved riding his motorcycle embracing it as his therapy. John cherished his pets—Ava, Ash, and Ace. John enjoyed visiting his in-laws' home, where he would often watch the Cowboys' games and boxing matches with his father-in-law, David and asking his mother-in-law, Angelica, to prepare his favorite dish, Posole, regardless of the weather conditions. These visits were a cherished routine for John, with his wife and son, providing him with moments of relaxation and bonding with his family. John enjoyed family gatherings with his siblings at his home where the atmosphere was lively, filled with sports, good food, music and family conversations, making each visit memorable and enjoyable. John's favorite baseball team was the Texas Rangers. He often took his wife and son to numerous games, sharing his passion for sport and creating lasting family memories at each event. John held numerous roles throughout his life, embodying the qualities of a beloved husband, dedicated father, caring brother, supportive uncle, and loyal friend. He was often regarded as his brother’s or sister’s keeper, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and compassion. As an uncle, he was proud and loving, especially towards his nieces and nephews, whom he cherished deeply. However, the most significant role in John's life was being a devoted husband to his wife, Vianna. Their relationship was filled with love and shared moments, even though John occasionally drove her a bit crazy. John’s greatest pride was being a father to his son, Giovanni, who was the center of his world. John consistently aimed to be his son’s Hero, setting an example of strength, kindness, and integrity. His life was a testament to the importance of family, love, and unwavering support, leaving a lasting legacy for those who knew him.
John is survived by his wife, Vianna Mary Pardo; son Giovanni Marcos Pardo; mother,Isabelle Reese; grandmother, Balbina Silva; and many siblings including Lorenzo Pardo, Griselda Pardo, Sarah Pardo, Marcos Pardo Jr. Vicente Pardo, Pablo Pardo, Marco Pardo, Anna Deana Martin, Noel Martin, Carlos Martin, Enrique Mendoza, Yasmine Pardo Marsh, Agustin Rodriguez, Nicholas Rodriguez, and Alondra Rodriguez.
