Not sure what to say?

.....so sad for y'all.....prayers sent and sympathy felt...

Sherry and family, so sorry to hear of John’s passing. He and my dad, John Elliott, worked together at Holston Motor Co. The car business was hard but they made the best of it. Always loved dropping in for a laugh. Great memories of that work family! John was a super nice guy. Prayers for all.

I worked with John at O'Reilly's and also at Grissoms. He was a wonderful man. So kind and funny. We had lost touch but he will always be remembered by me. I am so sorry for the loss of your wonderful husband, father and grandfather.

So shocked to hear about John. He was a good friend and we enjoyed playing golf together. A Vietnam veteran buddy that I was proud to call him friend. Prayers for the family. God bless you all.

To all the family, praying during this difficult time. My dad (John Paschal) worked with John at Holston Motor Company & friends for many years. He thought highly of him. He sends his prayers & condolences to all.

When I return to Marion from Florida, one of my enjoyable times were meeting up with John and Kenny. I played Horseshoes and Golfed with them. I always had fun swapping stories with John, what a happy spirit he was.
My condolences to the family, and I know along with myself many people will miss John.

I am very sorry to hear of John's passing. He was one of the "all-around good guys" and he will be missed by his classmates in the MSHS Class of '66. Our sincere condolences to Sherry and all your loved ones. RIP.

Prayers of comfort
