I worked with Johnny for many years while he was in Roxboro. “Johnny B” as we called him was a true pleasure to work with. He had a smile that would light the control room and brighten the day of those who worked with him. Everyone who knew Johnny has suffered a loss. To the family, may God bless you and comfort you in the days ahead.

Johnny was so special. He, Max Bullock, Terry McCartney, and Bruce Pittman formed the Last Minute Quartet in our church and sang beautifully together. They are all at home now in Heaven singing for the Lord. I am forever thankful for the friendship that he and Belinda shared with me. RIP Johnny.

I remember Johnny from school. He had a distinct smile, joyful attitude, and a kind and friendly demeanor. I can't remember if it was Joe P. Moore or Littlefield.
