Dear Aunt Doris, Jackie, Larry, Jan, and families,
We are so sorry to hear about Uncle John's passing. I have so many fun and funny memories of him over the years, especially those spent at Lake Holiday when I was a child, and I treasure those memories to this day. I remember fondly one year that several of us cousins gathered around your color TV (which was a BIG deal then) to watch the Wizard of Oz after having a fun day on the pontoon. Uncle John came in and tried to scare us just as the flying monkeys were attacking. I loved his jocularity.
As proud owners of the Tacoma, which we've named "Hoosier Daddy", we feel like we carry a bit of his legacy out here in AZ. It's everyone's favorite vehicle to drive; I'm sure Uncle John would have been pleased to know that.
You will be in our prayers as we all mourn his passing.
Blessings,
Vicki and Jim King and family
