John David Williams – A lifelong resident of Medford, affectionately known to many as Johnny, passed away suddenly from a heart attack on Thursday, August 21, 2025. He was 65 years old. Born in La Rochelle, France, he was the beloved son of the late David W. Williams. John worked for many years as a finish carpenter and was known for his unmatched attention to detail. If something needed to be fixed, John was there with his tools the moment you called. His skill, craftsmanship, and willingness to help others was always one of his best qualities. In his free time, John enjoyed riding his Harley up and down the highway, finding freedom on the open road. More than anything, he loved to fish. Being out on the water with a rod in his hand brought him the greatest sense of peace and happiness. Beloved husband of 30 years to Deborah "Debbie" (Carucci) Williams. Cherished step-dad to James Flint and his fiancé Justina Solomon. Devoted brother of Tommy Williams and his wife Darlene, Wayne Williams and his partner Kelly. Loving brother in-law to Donna Chiaramonte, Michael Carucci and his fiancé Marisala and Ellie Souza and her husband Richie. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends and his dear fishing buddy Billy Manke. Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Johnny's name to The American Heart Association
