Derek was a wonderful next door neighbor. He was a kind, funny, hard working man. I loved his boom of a voice and his big laugh. I am so sorry for your loss. I know his dad, John, misses him more than words can say. God Bless your family. We here in Brighton miss him and his dad, and of course John's dog Remi. Prayers are being prayed for your family as you journey this loss. Rest in peace Derek.
