Brother i like to say i love you,never got chance to tell you that but i know you know.R.I.P. HOMIE!!!!!

I never met met Johnny, but having known Yolanda four decades, I am sure Johnny's character mirrored her own, and thus they were equally yoked. Yolanda, while I cannot offer a physical presence, know that I have you and your family in my prayers.

Johnny's Obituary

Johnny Will Silas gained his wings on June 17, 2018 at   Methodist Hospital.  He was born to Johnny and Juanita Silas in DeRidder, Louisiana on November 12, 1961.  

 Johnny was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather.  He was a family man who was always with his family.  His favorite pastime was basketball and he was a loyal Dallas Cowboy fan.   Johnny also enjoyed cooking until his health failed him.

 Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Juanita   Silas. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife,   Yolanda (Brown) Silas; son, Lanafuiana Pen-Paris (Illinois);  daughters, Iyanla and DeAndra (San Antonio); sisters, Anne Fisher, Bertina Silas (DeRidder, La), Faye Daniels, Tammie Silas (Sherwood, AR); brothers, Michael Johnson, Reginald (Margaret) Silas (DeRidder, La), Anthony Silas (Portia) (Baytown, Tx); two grandsons and a host of nieces,    nephews, other relatives and friends.
