Jong "Lee" Hui Scott age 70 of Watertown, was sent to her eternal home, Thursday evening, Jan. 8, 2026.
Lee is survived and dearly missed by her devoted husband of 46 years, Alphonso Scott; mother to daughters, Tina Scott, Amy Tate and her husband, Josh Tate all of Watertown; 7 grandchildren, Dakota Hall, Annissa Hall, Rhianna Hall, Joshua Tate, William Tate, Emma Moody and her husband, AJ, Maddison Tate; 3 great grandsons, Cohen Briggs, Colson Wells, Beau Briggs and 1 great granddaughter due in February, Ellie Mae Moody.
Lee loved nothing more than holding hands with her husband while watching old Westerns, doting and spoiling her grandchildren as well as every animal on the farm. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, 2026 at Hunter Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Bode officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. till service time on Monday. Interment will follow at Hunter Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be John Scott, JeSuis' Scott, Dakota Hall, Josiah Scott, Joshua Tate and William Tate. Honorary Pallbearers, Aaron Scott and Bryan Scott.
