Jordan Anthony Luke earned his wings on Wednesday, September 10th, 2025. God whispered in his ear and called him home.
Jordan was born on August 30th, 1999, in Brooklyn, NY, at Brookdale Hospital to his parents, Stephen Simeon Luke and Carolyn Rhodes-Luke. He had one sibling, Jeremiah Michael Luke.
In July 2003, when Jordan was 4 years old, his family relocated to Plano, Texas. He attended Primrose Preschool and Wells Elementary School. The family moved to Frisco, Texas, in 2007, where Jordan attended Sem Elementary, Maus Middle School, and Heritage High School. He was a member of the National Society of High School Scholars in 2015 and a member of Heritage High School’s Wrestling Team, where he won several medals. He graduated from Heritage in June 2017. After graduation, he attended Collin Community College.
Jordan was a kind, caring, real people-person. He was well-loved by all of his peers and friends. Jordan had a deep love for his family and friends, and he truly loved God. His friends remember his passion for God, as well as his advanced wisdom in matters of faith. They would often turn to him for guidance and advice.
Jordan is survived by his father, Stephen Luke; his mother, Carolyn Rhodes-Luke; his three aunts, Mildred from Brooklyn, NY, Deidre Mathis from Plano, TX, and Maureen Fernandes from Newark, NJ; his uncle, Jeremiah Jackson from Brooklyn, NY; one great aunt, Mildred Rhodes from Brooklyn, NY; and a host of relatives and friends.
