Jose M. Escobedo Jr.

Jose M. Escobedo Jr., 79 of Pearsall passed away on December 18th, 2012 in San Antonio. He was born on February 22nd, 1933 in Dilley to Jose Escobedo Sr. ad Rafela Moreno Escobedo. He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters; Lucia Escobedo and Phyllis Escobedo Uresti. He is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Hewtty Escobedo, children; George Escobedo and wife Cerise of Chicago, Illinois, Andy Escobedo and wife Sara of Sebring, Florida, Alex Escobedo and wife Deanna of Chicago, Norma E. Gutierrez and husband George of Pearsall and Darlene E. Durate and husband Alfonso of Chicago. Sisters: Mary Campos and Patsy Greene both of Chicago. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Rosary was held on Friday December 21st, 2012 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels, 7pm. Funeral was held on Saturday December 22nd, 2012 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 2pm. Interment followed at the Pearsall Catholic Cemetery West Side.
