Jose Tilio Sintas Sr. born on October 19,1944 in Rancho de Taos N.M. left to be with the Lord on February 18,2022 He was preceded in death by his wife Katy Sintas of 52 years and son’s Michael Sintas, Franklin Sintas, and grandson Dominic Stockton and parent’s Alberto and Rose Sintas.
He leaves behind his son’s Jose Tilio Sintas Jr. and wife Heather, Victor Sintas and wife Victoria, Timm Sintas and wife Stephanie, daughter Lisa Muniz and husband Anthony. Brother Eppie Sintas and wife Odelia Sister Martha Greene and husband Lee. Grandkids: Candice Hower, Ashley Duncan, Coleman Sintas, Tannor Sintas, Tyson Sintas, Isabel Sintas, Franklin Muniz, Selena Muniz, Alijandro and Vida.
He retired from the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad of 32 years; he loved spending time with his family and friends. Our dad enjoyed going hunting, fishing and also looking for arrowheads. His favorite things to do were going to the casino, playing the slot machines and playing bingo with our mom. When we wouldn't hear from them for days, we all knew not to worry we knew they were at the casino where my mom would make their reservations weeks ahead of time. Dad, we all love you and will miss you. You will always be in our hearts, fly high with the angels and may you be in peace.
Graveside service for Jose Tilio Sintas will be held om March 1, 2022 at Mount View Cemetery in Capulin, NM at 10:00 AM with Odelia Sintas officiating.
