Joe was my brother, he had a huge heart and would help anyone any time. I will miss him everyday. Joe was a cowboy he lived riding horsed and working cattle. I love you Joe

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Joe Carter was a really good person he would give you the shirt off his back if needed. I will miss him deeply.
