A couple of years back, I went to visit my best friend for the weekend. My car had overheated on the journey and Joe took the time to help me replace the part. He took me to the local AutoZone and then took the time from his day to put the part in my car. I will never forget how kind that was; for a perfect stranger to go out of his way and go above and beyond to help me. My best friend told me that was the kind of person Joe was. You never realize how time flies by until someone you know for a short time passes by to eternal peace and rest. As I retired from the appraisal business Joe took over from where I left off.
