Dear cousin Terry and family, My most sincere sympathy to you all on the passing of Joe. I met Joe when I was 11 years old and loved him for the past 51 years. Joe was a great guy and I will miss him always. My love and sympathy.

Terry I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was such a great guy and I truly enjoyed working with him. He was always able to bring out a smile with a joke or a good story. Joe was a good friend and I will deeply miss him. May God be with you and your family in this sad time.

Who didn't love Joe Haines???!!! He was always gracious, loving and respectful....a friend to all! He held a very special place in my heart, I wish him God Speed to that very special Heaven where he truly belongs! I love you Haines Family!!! My hope is his memory will brighten your heart! As it truly has mine!

Pop Haines was such a wonderful man. Always smiling and making me laugh. He was always so welcoming whether at his home or down the shore. I am lucky to have known him. May he rest in peace and watch over his family. Many hugs for the Haines family. Love you!

Joseph's Obituary

Joseph R. Haines, Sr. on June 11, 2013 of Blackwood. Age 75. Beloved husband of Theresa (nee Crea). Loving father of Joseph, Jr. (Jennifer), Dominic, Sr. (the late Debbie), and James (Christine). Adoring grandfather of Dominic, Jr., Ethan, Evan, Aaron and Victor. Dear brother of Kathleen Eby (Bill), Patricia Hreha and John Haines. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Haines proudly served his country in the US Army. He retired from Sunoco (Chevron) after 33 years of service. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Friday evening from 7 to 9pm and Saturday morning from 9:15 to 10:15am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Mass Saturday 11am Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Agnes RC Church, Blackwood. Interment is private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Mr. Haines memory to the St. Jude's Children's Research, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
