Not sure what to say?

At the Lumber Yard on 10/15/2018 , I was shocked to learn that Joseph Hurlimann , a cousin on my mothers side of the family, died tragically after being hit by a vehicle on February 8, 2017. Joseph was last remaining relative residing in the Bay Area. I always made attempt to visit Joe when I was in the area. I always sent Joe a Christmas card. I am sadden that he is no longer with us. I still remember meeting Joe for the first time in November 1947 when my parents and I arrived in...

Joe will always be remembered as my constant playmate, companion when we were neighbors in the 40s, on Curtis St. in Berkeley. I have many fond memories of us pulling the red wagon around the block in search of refundable pop bottles and other "treasures". I am saddened to read of his death, but something told me to go to this sight to search the obits. Joe, I hope you are with your family and the angels, Rest in Peace, old friend.
