Not sure what to say?

Rest in Peace my friend. I enjoyed all the time we spent working together on Traffic. You were a mentor for so many officers and you always had the right words of encouragement to say. I will always have fond memories of us working out at the gym before going to work. Thank you for your service and I will miss you. God Bless You and your family.

Joe worked for me on TCD Motors. What a great guy, I do not think I handled any citizen complaint on him over the years and I respected him and could always depend on him. He was dedicated to his country and the citizens of San Antonio. RIP my friend.

We will miss your fist bumps, star gazing nights outside of church, Wednesday evening and Sunday morning pow-wows. Mr. Joseph always took time to say hi and ask how you were doing. He took the time know you and genuinely care. He will be missed. Sundays and Wednesdays aren't the same without you!

Didn't know Joe personnally but he always saw him at Grace on Wednesday nights and Sunday morning service. Always greeted you with a friendly smile. Shocked to hear of his passing. May you continue to watch over your loved ones Joe until you can meet again.

Rest In Peace my friend. Thank you for your Military service, and thank you for your Dedicated Police service. Although we did not work in the same units I respected Joe; a friendly cheerful guy with a great smile.

So saddened to hear about Bub's passing. He helped me out when I needed it the most and I will be forever grateful. My husband and I send our condolences to the family. Hugs to all of you.

From that meeting little did I know that Joe and I together would start our coaching careers with our kids. We coached our sons football team for 3 years. Coached little baseball for 2 years. The big day at practice was when Joe would bring his motorcycle so he could use his radar gun to time all the kids pitches. I'm sure...

Joe and I were classmates in the Academy at SAPD and I have such great memories from the past 38 years. There are no words that come close to describing such an honorable man. I am so blessed to have had Joe as a friend and Brother in Blue. He will be greatly missed.
