Joseph Henry Kincaid, Jr., 92, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at the Clarence Care Center in Clarence, MO
Joseph was born on December 16, 1926, the son of Joseph Henry and Beulah (Frazier) Kincaid, Sr. He was united in marriage to Paulina Icke. Joseph served his country in US Navy during World War II. He was the past president and life time member of the VFW in Kansas City. Joseph enjoyed life and people, listening to music, and attending the Gospel Center Church where he played the harmonica in the choir.
He is survived by two children, Gary Kincaid and wife Carol of Buena Vista, AR, Sherry Weckler and husband Don of Ohio; five grandchildren, Marlo Mae Earror, Dominick Coleman, Sadie Lassek, Jesse Lassek, and LeeAnn Kincaid.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and one grandson, Paul Crower.
Graveside service, with full military honors, will be 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO. Visitation will be Tuesday afternoon from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at the Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon, MO. Family suggests memorials to the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund.
