Joe has been a part of my life for about 27 years. He treated me like one of his own children. A wonderful loving soul and provider. My favorite memory is driving home from Ohio with him and having some really good heart to heart chats for 8 hours. Love you Joe. Rest in Paradise. And my loving condolences to your beautiful family.

Joe was my boss for many years he tought me all I know about trucking I will miss hanging with him at Chicky and Pete's are favorite place to go to dinner love u Joe always in my thoughts

Joseph's Obituary

Joseph W. Manz age 73 of Levittown, Pa. passed away on July 12, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, he grew up in Maple Shade and also resided in Riverside before moving to Levittown one year ago. Joe served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War, and retired as Safety Director for Liedtka Trucking in Trenton. He was a member of the Society of St. Pius X, and the U.S. Chess Federation. He was an avid reader of American history and Catholicism, enjoyed crossword puzzles and was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. The love of family, especially his grandchildren was what he treasured most of all. Son of the late Joseph J. and Rita J. Manz, brother of the late Carolyn and Ronald Manz, survived by his wife Eve, beloved father of Gary (Paula) Manz, Joseph Manz and Desiree (Justin) Smith, loving brother of Rosemary Manz, Nancy Hughes and Thomas (Ramona) Manz, cherished grandfather of Brady, Lily, Genevieve and Gavin, also many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday July 17th, 11 am at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and visitation with his family on Friday 10-11 am at the funeral home.
