So very sorry for your loss. The entire family is in my thoughts and prayers. Joe will always hold a Special place in my heart. He was a very kind and loving man who accepted my Son like a Son!!! I am so very grateful to have known such an amazing man. He truly was a Father, Grandfather, Uncle, Brother, and friend that goes beyond words! He will be greatly missed by so many.

Joseph's Obituary

Joseph F. McHugh Jr. of Fairless Hills passed away suddenly Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at his beach home in South Carolina.  He was 61.

Born in Trenton, Joe was a life long resident of Fairless Hills and graduate of Pennsbury High School.

He worked as a pressman for over 40 years until recently retiring.

Joe enjoyed his annual family vacations to the Outer Banks and Knoebles and also enjoyed spending time at his beach home in Murrells Inlet, SC.

He enjoyed gardening, but his passion was his family and he truly loved the times he spent with his children and grandchildren.

Joe was the husband of the late Maryanne (Graham) McHugh.

He was the loving father of Joan Marie Manzo (Izzy), Colleen Hunt (Bubba) and Joseph F. McHugh III (Dena) and the devoted grandfather of Izzy Jr., Teagan, Maryanne and Joey IV.

He was the brother of Patricia Ockford (Bill), Mary Jo McHugh (Katie) and Michael McHugh (Sandy) and will be sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mary and his sister Kathleen.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, July 9 from 8:30 until 9:30 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Rd., Fairless Hills where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association,1617 JFK Blvd., Suite 700, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
