What a wonderful man! Our family always enjoyed him on the radio every morning. Our love and prayers go out to his family. God give you rest, Joe♥

I had the honor of getting to know and spend time with Joe as his therapist and friend over the last few years of his life. I am really going to miss seeing him everyday and listening to all his stories. It’s not the same without him there. Rest in peace Joe. You will always be remembered.

We never met a nicer or kinder man. Joe was one of a kind and we loved him!!!

How fortunate I was to have known Joe. From early teen years when listening to him as I dressed for school to later becoming his friend and fellow DJ not only on WINC but also at other venues. Although Roy Nester and Joe did “sock hops” in area teen clubs, I believe we were the first to DJ in area night clubs. Joe was a one of a kind neighbor I remember lots of his talks about the ghost in Crystal Caverns it was a area used during the Civil War. He would tell stories of his encounters and was always giving a friendly smile and wave. The days leading to his move I remember how excited he was talking about how if a hurricane came near him in NC he was gonna have a large get together at a hotel they moved them to from the storm. There are few DJs that have stood out in my memory, Murray the K, Cousin Brucie Morrow, and Joe Pasquali. Rest in Peace Joe Pasquali. Loved listening to you on the radio, I'm sure those in Heaven will be enjoying you just as much. My condolences to your family.
