Joseph Cullen Phillips II

A gathering of remembrance for Joseph Cullen Phillips II, 62, will be held Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Harvey-Douglas Centennial Chapel

Joseph was born September 28, 1960 in Oklahoma City, the son of Joseph Cullen and Dora Katherine James Phillips, and passed away on February 11, 2023 at his residence surrounded by family.

Joseph attended Vo-Tech and the Oklahoma State University Fire Training School.  He worked as a firefighter for the Noble and Ardmore Fire Departments retiring after 26 years.  He then began working as a plumbing contractor.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Kathy and son James.  His parents preceded him in death.
