When my husband and I bought our home, Joe was the very first person to welcome us to the neighborhood. We knew then this is a great place to live. Joseph William Rafferty, Jr. passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025. He was born on August 31, 1942.
A memorial mass will be held on Friday, September 5 at 1:00pm at St. Catherine Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Catherine School or Choices Family Resource Centers.
