JOSEPH RAIA, of Slidell, LA, passed on Friday, June 15, 2012 at his home. Beloved husband of Kris G. Raia for the past 41 years. Father of Joette Sison (Charles). Brother of Mark Raia, Tina Wilson, Katrina Landry, Cynthia LeFeve and the late Luke Raia. Brother-in-law of Karen Grossenbacher, Carla Giglio and the late Peter Giglio. Also survived by 1 granddaughter, Whitney N. Sison and numerous nieces and nephews. Age 61, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell since 1986. Mr. Raia served his country in the US Marine Corps and was a self-employed Locksmith. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
