Dearest Cousins and Family,
Our hearts were suddenly saddened to hear of the passing of Uncle Doobie. He was a huge part of who we are. Over the past couple of years we've had the opportunity to get to know Uncle Doobie better during our visits to North Carolina. We loved seeing the smile that would brighten his face as we entered his family den.

Dear Family, I am deeply saddened by the loss of Doobie. He was a bright light that shined whenever we came in contact with each other. He always brought a smile to my face.
