Joe was my neighbor for twelve years on Annandale Lane in Simi Valley. I always enjoyed my visits with Mary and Joe. Our Lane was like a little community that leaned on each other in sorrow when both our mother’s passed and especially through the Northridge earthquake. I know he is with Mary now and that makes me very happy. You will be missed Joe!
