I was priveleged to share a number of years with Joe as Customs Service Officers, NTEU Union Stewards, and CBP Officers. One good memory, among many, is enjoying a green chile cheeseburger at the Patio Cafe in Columbus with Joe, myself, and old west historian Bob Alexander. Rest in peace my friend!
