I knew from an early age my Uncle Joe was someone very special by the twinkle in my mom's eye at the mention of his name. "Joey". Many times I've given credit to my Uncle Joe for stepping up when I had no father, teaching me how to fly a kite, etc. That's not all I learned from this man.
